Ontology and Standards Committee
The Aim of the Ontology and Standards committee is to stimulated the development of PDX standards that allows for harmonization of data across research centers.
PDX Metadata
Model and sequencing data submissions includes standardized metadata. The format is composed of 8 spreadsheets or tab delimited files. Only Patient, Tumor and Model Details sheets are required. Metadata sheets are submitted as either a single Excel file with multiple sheets or as a set of tab delimited text files. Text files should have file names that match the sheet name. Even if not providing data for a field, please include a column for all fields in the order shown and provide column headers. If there is no data for a field please leave it empty rather than using a placeholder. The preferred delimiter to separate multiple values within a field is the semicolon.
