OVerview

PDXNet researchers are committed to contributing to the NCI goal of generating large and diverse PDX model resources during the five-year granting period. A summary of models generated during the first round of funding follows. The second round of funding will focus on models defined as high priority by the NCI.

Summary

PDXNet researchers generated 515 new PDX models across 56 cancer types as of January 2023. Please have a look at the PDXNet Portal for an up-to-date list of PDXNet-generated models.
