Summary

PDXNet researchers uploaded 1147 sequencing data files as of January 2023. The coordinating center also processed 7085 PDMR sequencing files. Collectively, the PDCCC processed 8212 files. Please visit the PDXNet Portal for an up-to-date data list of sequencing files generated by PDXNet researchers.
